Healthy for Life invites you to discover what the eight-week Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction Program can do for you. Most participants report lasting effects that include a decrease in both physical and psychological symptoms, a better ability to cope with pain and stressful situations, increased relaxation and a greater enthusiasm for life. You will learn mindfulness meditation, yoga and body scan, as well as important information about stress, communication and wellness.

Orientation will be held at 4:45 p.m. Monday, Jan. 23. The class meets from 4:45-6:45 p.m. Mondays, Jan. 30, through March 19. There will be a full-day retreat from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, March 10. The cost is $40, with $20 refunded if you attend seven of the eight classes. Partners, spouses and adult family members can attend free of charge if they use the same materials. For more information or to register, contact Maureen Hall at mhall@inspirationcenter.net.
