The James Sewell Ballet is offering an outreach program titled “Upper Level Bi-Lateral Integration Made Fun!” at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 17, in Room 143 Castleman Hall. Learn how the mind and body work and move together and how to strengthen these connections. Call the box office at 573-341-4219 to reserve your spot. The program is limited to 20. Attendees are advised to dress comfortably.
