ASEM, SME to host lean manufacturing workshop

The American Society for Engineering Management and the Society of Manufacturing Engineers will host a workshop for students to learn the fundamentals of lean manufacturing, date to be determined. Taught by Dr. Elizabeth Cudney, the workshop will also include an opportunity for students to use their new knowledge in hands-on experiments. Space is limited. Email your resume and a cover letter explaining why you would like to participate to asem@mst.edu, by midnight Jan. 13, 2012. This all-day event will be held during the week; selected students are expected to participate in the entire workshop. Food will be provided.
