SolidWorks software training seminar open to S&T students

The Student Design and Experiential Learning Center has partnered with software developer SolidWorks to host a free training seminar on Saturday, Oct. 22. SolidWorks offers a suite of tools for engineering design, documentation, simulation and sustainable design in one software package. Learning SolidWorks will provide mechanical CAD, design validation and data management skills that employers seek.


Open to all S&T students, the seminar will be held in Room 251 (CLC) Toomey Hall in two segments: SolidWorks Essentials will be held from 9 a.m.-noon, and Advanced Parts Modeling will be held from 1-3 p.m. Register at design.mst.edu/solidworks. Seating is limited.
