Round-table discussion, book signing with Stormy Weather author

A round-table discussion with James Gavin, author of Stormy Weather: The Life of Lena Horne, will be held from 4-5:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 30, in the Meramec Room of the Havener Center. A live show based on his book starring Mary Wilson of The Supremes will be performed at Leach Theatre at 7:30 p.m. this Saturday, Oct. 1. Adult tickets are $38; youth tickets are $28. The first 75 S&T students with student IDs get in free; additional student tickets are $10. Gavin will narrate the show and will autograph his book following Saturday’s performance. Gavin’s book is available from the Missouri S&T Bookstore.
