Missouri S&T has entered into an agreement for snack vending services with AVendCo of St. Louis. Snack vending machines in all current campus locations will be replaced before the beginning of the fall semester.

Customers will notice several new snack choices in addition to traditional offerings of candy bars and chips. An electronic inventory control system measures sales, which allows AVendCo to keep popular items stocked and to change offerings to reflect sales trends and consumer desires. The machines will stock Herr’s lines of snacks, which includes a wide variety of flavored chips, cheese puffs and popcorn.
All snack machines will accept cash and debit/credit cards.
The campus will maintain its relationship with Pepsi for drink vending on campus.
Locations of machines will be reviewed on an ongoing basis and machines may be moved or added in response to sales and customer suggestions.
Questions or suggestions can be directed to Mark Potrafka, director of services and operations, at markp@mst.edu.
