Chartwells helps Joplin

On May 23, the day after Joplin, Mo., was devastated by the tornado, Chartwells’ director of dining services, Haitham Shtaieh, along with several other employees, arrived with a truck filled with water and supplies. Through its Share-a-Meal program, Chartwells collected $6,914 from the Missouri S&T community and used these funds to make several relief visits to the American Red Cross in Joplin. Read more.
