Free meditation sessions begin today

Lower your stress level by attending free meditation sessions from 12:15-12:45 p.m. Wednesdays in the Shamrock Room of the Havener Center. The ongoing sessions are open to the campus community. The classes will be held through July 27, then will break until fall classes begin.
