Winter storm alert: Use caution

The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning for Rolla and much of the state beginning at 6 p.m. today and continuing through Wednesday. (See weather.gov/alerts for more information from the NWS.) During this time, students, faculty and staff are urged to use caution while traveling, as sleet and freezing rain are in the forecast. At this time, the campus will remain open and classes will remain in session. If conditions warrant a change in this status, you will be notified via Missouri S&T email or, if necessary, via the campus emergency alert system.
