Retirement receptions scheduled for LaBoube, Welty

A retirement reception in honor of Dr. Roger LaBoube, Curators’ Teaching Professor emeritus of civil, architectural and environmental engineering, will be held from 2-3:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 10, in the Kummer Atrium of Butler-Carlton Civil Engineering Hall. Faculty, staff and students are invited to attend.
A retirement reception for Gary Welty, director of auxiliary services, will be hosted by student affairs from 1-2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 14, in Thomas Jefferson South Lounge. All students, faculty and staff are invited to stop by and wish him well.
