Flu shots are back!

Healthy for Life will be on campus on Tuesday, Dec. 21, to give flu shots again. They will be located in the HR Conference Room, Room 206 Centennial Hall, from 9-11 a.m., and in the Ozark Room of the Havener Center from 2-4 p.m. Shots will be given on a first-come, first-served basis. Please bring your Coventry Insurance card or $25 to get the shot, and print out, complete and bring this completed form with you.
