Rejuvenate with meditation Wednesdays at noon

Lower your stress level by attending free meditation sessions from 12:15-12:45 p.m. on Wednesdays in the Shamrock Room of the Havener Center. The ongoing sessions are open to all. Research over the past two decades suggests that engaging in a regular mindfulness meditation practice can reduce stress and enhance overall psychological and physical well-being.
