Nominations must include a nomination form and a supporting statement (maximum of one page) that describes how the nominee involves or influences students in community service or academic service-learning through his or her work with student groups, learning communities and/or classroom instruction. Nominations may include up to three letters of support from department chairs, colleagues, community partners and/or students.
