Writing Center to open early

Due to popular demand, Dr. Kate Drowne, director of the Missouri S&T Writing Center, and the center’s staff decided to open the center for tutoring one week earlier than previously announced. The Writing Center will now open for tutoring on Monday, Sept. 13. Undergraduate tutors will be available beginning that day during the following times:
- Monday-Thursday: 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
- Friday: 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
- Sunday: 12:30-5 p.m.
Students may make appointments by calling the Writing Center at 341-4436 or by emailing wac@mst.edu.
The Writing Center staff looks forward to assisting students. Please let them know if you would like Drowne or Dr. Dan Reardon, assistant director, to provide a seminar, workshop or presentation on any aspect of writing or the teaching of writing.
