All are encouraged to ‘Walk a mile in her shoes’

One in four college women will be the victim of sexual assault or rape. Everyone who would like to help stop this trend are encouraged to participate in “Walk a Mile in Her Shoes: The International Men’s March to Stop Rape, Sexual Assault and Gender Violence.” March in this event to increase awareness and learn to stop sexual violence. Sign-ups for the walk will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 29, in front of the Havener Center. There will be free refreshments and T-shirts, and homecoming points will be available.
