Students and faculty requiring alternate test times, make-up exams or other testing arrangements are asked to notify the Testing Center at least seven business days in advance of the test date. Students are to make arrangements with both faculty and the Testing Center; faculty are reminded to submit a Faculty Test Request Form online. This form should be completed when students request alternative testing arrangements, including make-up exams. More than one student and test date may be entered on the form.
Students and faculty should also be advised that the Testing Center is quickly filling to capacity for finals week and that any students or faculty requiring alternate test times, make-up exams or other testing arrangements should contact the Testing Center immediately to schedule dates and times or the center may not be able to accommodate students and alternative arrangements will have to be made.
The Testing Center provides a secured, monitored and reduced-distraction testing environment for students, faculty and staff. For more information, contact Cheryl Downey-Eber at 341-4222 or email@example.com.
