Missouri S&T is self-insured with claims administered by a third party adjuster, Corporate Claims Management Inc. Information and forms for reporting injuries and accidents are available on environmental health and safety’s website at ehs.mst.edu/insuranceworkerscomp/workerscomp/workerscompwebpage.html and ehs.mst.edu/insuranceworkerscomp/liabilityinsurance/auto_liability.html. All reports must be submitted within 24 hours for injuries and within 48 hours for auto accidents.
Business card-sized auto claim checklists explaining the steps to follow in the event of an accident are available upon request.
