Windows 7 upgrade procedure

Due to the high volume of requests for Microsoft Windows 7, information technology (IT) has established some guidelines for the upgrade process to ensure every request is handled as quickly as possible, while allowing IT to continue to troubleshoot critical and/or unexpected IT issues on campus.
