At the workshop, participants can enroll in the Eat for Life 10-week online course for $50. For a limited time, a full refund will be given based on participation. Orientation begins the week of Sept. 20. The class runs from the week of Sept. 27 through the week of Nov. 29. The online 10-week course fulfills the participation category of the Miners on the Move initiative, which begins Sept. 15 and runs through June 30, 2011.
