Fiscal year 2010 closing calendar now available online

The university’s fiscal year ends on June 30 and the 2010 closing calendar is now available online at accounting.mst.edu/accounting/index.html. The calendar provides important deadline and processing information for accounting, budget and procurement activities including: journal entries, ARBI invoicing, non-PO voucher activity, CRR and ARR deposits, bookstore requisitions, purchase order requisitioning and approving, and purchasing card information.
