If you’ve had a meaningful experience abroad, now is your chance to share your story. Leadership and cultural programs invites faculty and staff to participate in their “Adventures Abroad: How Leaving the Country Made Me Better” program. This monthly presentation series highlights the experiences of students, staff and faculty who have lived for a period of time outside of the United States studying, researching or serving. Presenters are needed for the fall 2010 and spring 2011 semester schedules.
The program’s goal is to provide students with an opportunity to raise their global awareness right here on campus. Presentations will highlight learning experiences and benefits gained both personally and professionally from living in another country or culture. If you have lived in a country outside of your home country and are willing to share your experiences, please contact Erin Stampp at hoodel@mst.edu or 341-6829.
