Library to host customer service workshop

The Curtis Laws Wilson Library will host a customer service workshop on Friday, April 23. The workshop will be presented by nationally known speaker Stephen Wishnack, president and CEO of Think & Do, a customer service development organization. Two sessions will be offered. The customer service session will be held from 9 a.m.-noon; the telephone and email etiquette session will be held from 1:30-4:30 p.m. Space is available, so call the library office at 341-4227, for the complete details and cost.
