The Academy of Chemical Engineers will host its 13th Academy of Chemical Engineers Lectureship next week. Dr. Carol K. Hall from North Carolina State University will present “Thermodynamic and Kinetic Origins of Alzheimer’s and Related Diseases: a Chemical Engineer’s Perspective” from 4-5 p.m. Wednesday, April 21, in Room 121 Butler-Carlton Civil Engineering Hall. She will also present a second lecture “Confessions of an Ordinary Teacher – Dealing with the Big Fish?” from 4-5 p.m. Thursday, April 22, in Room G-3 Schrenk Hall.
