Donald Hays, author and creative writing instructor at the University of Arkansas, will read from his works of fiction at 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 16, in the Meramec-Gasconade Room of the Havener Center. This event is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be provided.
Hays is the author of The Dixie Association, a PEN/Faulkner nominee; The Hangman’s Children, an L.A. Times Book Review critics’ choice; and Dying Light: And Other Stories. He edited Stories: Contemporary Southern Short Fiction. Missouri S&T’s English and technical communication department is sponsoring the reading.
