Friday’s Black History Month wrap-up celebration open to all

This year’s theme is “A Meeting Point.” All Missouri S&T and Rolla community members are invited to meet at S&T’s first Black History Month celebration scheduled from 6-8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 26, in Leach Theatre of Castleman Hall. The event is free and open to the public.
The celebration will feature student performances including music, spoken word, step and dance. Dr. Harvest Collier will introduce keynote speaker Valentino Bates, a 1976 civil engineering graduate of S&T. A reception will follow in the lobby.
