If there’s an emergency on campus, your first call for assistance should be to the University Police, 573-341-4300. Students, faculty and staff are encouraged to program this number into their cell phones.
During the month of February, volunteer peer educators from the student wellness group Joe’s P.E.E.R.S. will be checking phones at various locations on campus. If you have 573-341-4300 programmed into your cell phone, be prepared for a pleasant surprise! Find out more online at counsel.mst.edu/documents/More_Info.pdf, under February Activities, “2010 Resolution to be Safe!”.
