Rejuvenate with meditation Wednesdays at noon

Lower your stress level by attending free meditation sessions from 12:15-12:45 p.m. on Wednesdays in the Shamrock Room of the Havener Center. The ongoing sessions began this week and are open to faculty, staff and their families. Research over the past two decades suggests that engaging in a regular mindfulness meditation practice can reduce stress and enhance overall psychological and physical well-being.
