Leadership conference to be held on Jan. 23

The 2010 Missouri S&T Student Leadership Conference, “Build-a-Leader Workshop: Where the Future is Made,” will be held from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 23, in the Havener Center. The conference is sponsored by Student Council, Student Union Board, Residence Hall Association, Blue Key, National Residence Hall Honorary, Tau Beta Pi Order of Omega and S&T’s leadership and cultural programs. The keynote speaker will be Dr. Bob Berry, former president of Burns & McDonnell and past president of the Miner Alumni Association. All students who attend will receive a free lunch and T-shirt. Please encourage students to register by Saturday, Jan. 16 at stuco.mst.edu.
