New Weight Watchers session to begin Oct. 23

Weight Watchers at Work will begin a new session on Friday, Oct. 23. The class meets from noon-1 p.m. in Room 206 Centennial Hall. The cost is $156 for 13 weeks. You may pay by cash, check or credit cards. If paying by check, three monthly installments are welcome; however, all three checks must be turned in at the first meeting. If you miss no more than one meeting, Healthy for Life will rebate employees 25 percent of the enrollment fee. The fee is also covered under flexible spending accounts with appropriate medical documentation. Forms for flexible spending and medical necessity can be obtained online at wellness.umsystem.edu. In the last year, the Missouri S&T group has collectively lost 615 pounds, so join the momentum on Oct. 23.
