Fulbright Lecture on rolling blackouts to be held Monday

A Fulbright Lecture titled “Electric Power Rolling Blackouts in South Africa: Lesson Learnt and the Way Forward,” will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Sept. 28, in Room 315 Butler-Carlton Hall. The presenter is Dr. Komla A. Folly from the University of Cape Town, South Africa. Refreshments will be provided at 1:45 p.m., prior to the lecture.
