Fireworks to affect parking in Area M, Lot 36

East Parking Area M, Lot 36, closest to the Materials Research Center and Engineering Research Laboratory, will be closed to all incoming traffic at 3 p.m. today, Thursday, Sept. 3, for the mining engineering conference pyrotechnics display at 8:45 p.m. this evening. All vehicles must be removed from the lot by 6 p.m. Barricades will block the first two rows of the lot for the entire day.
Any vehicles left in the lot will be towed at the owner’s expense. Please park on the west side of Area M, Lot 19, closer to McNutt Hall.
