Team to conduct internal audits for ISO recertification

During September and October, Missouri S&T will conduct an internal review of its environmental management system (EMS). The internal audits will help the campus prepare for the next ISO-14001 recertification audit, scheduled for Nov. 18-20. The Fall 2009 Internal Review schedule is located at ems.mst.edu/checking/evaluation/2009-2010audit_schedule.html.
S&T’s internal auditing team will contact departments in the next few weeks to schedule their internal audits. Each department is asked to designate a point of contact for the audit, either the department chair or a designee familiar with the department.
