RSVPs needed for Friday’s barbecue

Faculty, staff and retirees who have helped support the Advancing Excellence Campaign are invited to the Proud Miner Barbecue from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. this Friday, Aug. 21, in the Brewer Family Atrium in Toomey Hall. If you plan to attend, please RSVP to LaDonna Beddoe at lbeddoe@mst.edu or 341-6480 by 4 p.m. Thursday. If you haven’t contributed and would like to attend, please RSVP and bring your $5 donation the day of the barbecue.
Lunch will include pulled pork sandwiches and beverages. Sides are baked beans and coleslaw, courtesy of Lee’s Chicken. Door prize drawings will begin at 12:15 p.m. Sponsors include the S&T BBQ Club, Wal-Mart of Rolla, Wal-Mart of Owensville and Pepsi-Cola of Rolla. Make your plans now to show your pride in the university by attending this important event.
