At 12:05 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 3, there will be a campuswide test of the mass emergency notification system and the campus air whistle alarm system.

As part of the test, campus users who have registered a cell phone number will receive a voice message or text message, depending on their selection during registration. Those who have not registered a cell phone or text messaging device will receive an email message to their Missouri S&T email account. Recipients will be asked to respond to the phone call, text message or email to verify receipt and time frame involved.
Sign up or update your contact information for the Missouri S&T emergency notification system at: it.mst.edu/generalinfo/emergencyalert.html.
The campus air whistle will serve as an outside notification that a crisis event is taking place and to seek further information online or by phone. More information about S&T’s emergency procedures is available on the In Case of Emergency (ICE) website at ice.mst.edu/. The site includes status reports and phone numbers to receive the latest information.
