Volunteers needed for tour

There are many volunteer opportunities for the Tour of Missouri event on Wednesday, Sept. 9. Find out more online at tourofmissouri.com by clicking on the “Volunteer” box on the left side of the page. Cyclists are expected to arrive from 3:30-4:30 p.m. at the finish line on 10th Street in front of Castleman Hall.
The Missouri Department of Tourism will fund the event as planned.
Top teams scheduled to ride in the Tour of Missouri include Astana, Columbia-HTC, Garmin, Liquigas, Cervelo and Saxobank.
