New contracts with charter bus services issued

Contracts for charter bus services from Aug. 15, 2009, through Aug. 14, 2010, have been issued to White Knight, USA Tours, Transportation Services of Kansas City and Huskey Trailways. Information on the bus sizes and pricing is available online at procurement.mst.edu/contracts/contracts.html.
Departments may begin scheduling trips for the new contract period immediately. A purchase order is required prior to each trip. Purchase orders may be requested by entering and approving a requisition in PeopleSoft. You are encouraged to schedule trips early to ensure availability.
