Bill Cooper, UM System chief procurement officer, has issued a memo to the Interfaculty Council in response to concerns regarding eProcurement and purchasing cards. The memo discusses eProcurement training options, the purchasing card cut-off date and a mailbox for submitting comments or questions related to eProcurement. The memo is available online at
