Chancellor Carney to chair energy summit in April

Chancellor Carney will chair a statewide energy summit hosted by the four-campus University of Missouri System April 22-23 in Columbia. Texas oilman T. Boone Pickens, architect of the “Pickens Plan” to reduce U.S. dependence on foreign oil, is the keynote speaker for the event.
