Learn about President Forsee’s commitment to our climate

In November, President Forsee signed the American College and University Presidents Climate Commitment (ACUPCC) which confirms the University of Missouri System’s agreement “to neutralize greenhouse gas emissions and accelerate the research and education needed to stabilize the earth’s climate.” The ACUPCC is offered through The Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education (AASHE), of which Missouri S&T is a member.
Additional information about the ACUPCC and other programs offered through AASHE is available online at www.aashe.org. At initial login, you will create a new account using your email address. Your personal password will be sent to you immediately. The Green Campus Committee is using the STARS guidelines to set its goals and objectives for 2009.
