Douglas is named assistant catering director for Chartwells

Rachel Douglas was named the new assistant catering director for Chartwells Dining Services, effective Jan. 1. She has been with Chartwells since August. She graduated with honors from Ozarks Technical Community College in Springfield with a degree in restaurant management and a minor in culinary arts. After graduation, Douglas spent six months as an intern at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando. She brings more than seven years of food service experience to her new position.
