2008 Suggestion of the Year winner announced

S&T landscape gardener Melanie Sandstrom was recently presented a $250 check from administrative services for submitting the 2008 Suggestion of the Year. Sandstrom suggested installing a handrail on the stairs at the Power Plant. Her suggestion was selected from a total of four suggestions that were implemented last year.
