Hunger Awareness Week a success

Leadership and cultural programs would like to thank everyone who made Hunger Awareness Week a success. The Hunger Banquet, sponsored in collaboration with Engineers Without Borders, resulted in a $100 donation to Oxfam America and a $100 donation to assist with flood relief at a Honduras EWB worksite. The Hunger Fast raised $28 in cash donations, and through the cooperation of Chartwells and generosity of students, the monetary equivalent of 117 meals and 854 points of food will be donated to the student life “A Ton of Help” food drive.
