Effective Nov. 23, new U.S. Postal Service requirements for standard mail (bulk rate) could result in substantially higher costs for departments using mailing lists not processed through certified address matching software, to print and apply mailing address labels. Contact campus mail services for ways to meet the new requirements at 341-4288 or 341-4448.
