This year’s final Preview, Registration and Orientation (PRO) session will be on Saturday, Aug. 16, starting at 9 a.m. in the Havener Center. Incoming students will learn about student life, meet with their Missouri S&T advisors, take the math placement exam and register for fall 2008 semester classes. After attending PRO, new students will participate in Opening Week activities and will be ready to start classes on Monday, Aug. 25.
New Student Transfer Orientation will be on Thursday, Aug. 21, starting at 9 a.m. in the Carver-Turner Room of the Havener Center. This year we will introduce a one-day design project to our new transfer students. Students will meet faculty and staff in several different departments on campus to meet faculty and staff. Please welcome our new transfer students when they visit your office.
