During an upgrade of Chartwells’ operating system on April 14, an interruption in credit card processing occurred, causing a delay in the actual posting of charges and debits. Therefore, some purchases made between April 14 and June 16 are just now being posted. Statements will show that many Chartwells charges made during this time have not been processed until now. Chartwells has contacted all local banks, which are working to help minimize negative impacts. Chartwells regrets any inconvenience this may have caused.
