The CIO Search Committee will host an open forum today with the final candidate for chief information officer. Margaret Cline, an information technology consultant, will respond to questions from the campus community from noon to 1 p.m. today in St. Pat’s A of the Havener Center.
From 1998 to 2005, Cline was CIO at Eastern Michigan University where she was responsible for all areas of information technology. While at the university, Cline created and maintained a robust, active and collaborative IT governance structure involved in issue identification, planning and decision making for technology issues on campus. Cline has also held adjunct positions at University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Western Kentucky University and Eastern Michigan University.
Cline earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a master’s degree in communications from Western Kentucky University.
