Reception planned for Human Powered Vehicle Team Aug. 21

The Student Design & Experiential Learning Center invites you to a reception to celebrate the national champion Human-Powered Vehicle Team from 3-5 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 21, in St. Pat’s Ballroom A of the Havener Center. Meet the team and have some hors d’oeuvres and refreshments.
In the past, the team has captured six first-place titles at its East Coast Challenge, but the West Coast championship has been elusive until this year. In the spring of 2007, they took first place in both competitions, which makes them bona fide national champions.
