Arrival complex pedestrian detour planned

The design and construction management team will set up a pedestrian detour in the spring semester.

As construction on the Rolla Building renovation and Schrenk Hall renovation continues, traffic will increase in the areas around those buildings. To keep individuals safe, the walkway from State Street to Toomey Hall and on each side of the Rolla Building will be closed.

Power outage planned June 19

To correct the damage caused by the electrical switch fire that occurred outside Toomey Hall on Tuesday, Oct. 31, a power outage is planned for Wednesday, June 19. This is when there will be fewer people on campus as Missouri S&T observes Juneteenth as a university holiday.

Toomey Hall HVAC work began Monday

Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system improvements are scheduled for construction in Toomey Hall over the next nine weeks, beginning Monday, May 13, extending through Friday, July 12. This work will impact the air conditioning throughout the building.

Walkway closed near Toomey Hall

Beginning Monday, May 6, the walkway from the south end of Harris Hall to the alley behind Toomey Hall will be closed for approximately two weeks. Please use the walkways east of Toomey Hall to navigate around the building.
