Staff invited to Fall Appreciation Day tomorrow
Missouri S&T staff are invited to a Halloween-themed celebration beginning at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 31, in the Innovation Lab. Hosted by Staff Council, the event features a hot dog lunch, potion making, trivia, s’mores, raffles and more. Staff are encouraged to wear costumes and enter contests.

Missouri S&T’s Staff Council and Staff Success Center invite faculty and staff to help celebrate the university’s dedicated employees through Miner Mentions May, a campuswide initiative to spotlight staff excellence. As part of Staff Appreciation Week, all Miner Mentions submitted this month will be featured in a display during Staff Appreciation Day on Wednesday, May 21.

Staff Day is coming Thursday, May 30
Celebrate Missouri S&T’s Staff Appreciation Day on Thursday, May 30. An opening ceremony will kick off the day’s activities at 9 a.m. in the St. Pat’s Ballroom of the Havener Center. Goody bags will be available to the first 250 staff members who stop by the table in the Havener Center atrium. Staff will be served a free lunch 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. in the Havener Center’s dining area.

Donate to Staff Appreciation Day
Staff Council is busy making the final preparations for another exciting Staff Appreciation Day, to be held on Thursday, May 30. This 90s-themed event is an opportunity to recognize staff for their contributions and dedication to the university. The council seeks donations of raffle baskets or other large items, funds or items for giveaway bags.
