Dr. John J. Myers, professor of civil engineering and deputy director of the Missouri Center for Transportation Innovation, served as chair of the 16th International Fiber Reinforced Polymer Reinforcement Concrete Structures Conference held Saturday, March 23, and Sunday, March 24, in New Orleans.
